El Profesor Javier Franco anunció la publicación de la obra colectiva “Perspectivas de Derecho Marítimo y Logística”. El libro cuenta con artículos muy interesantes sobre contrato de logística, convenios internacionales, conocimientos de embarque, contaminación marítima, seguro marítimo, contrato de transporte multimodal, Incoterms, entre otros.
